Jonathan Blaustein, Managing Member, a 25-year veteran of Wall Street, brings a wealth of investment experience to BYLT Group. Mr. Blaustein and Mr. Rappaport are two of the four founders of KABR Group and have co-invested in real estate projects for decades. Mr. Blaustein’s experiences on Wall Street include: performing detailed financial analysis of potential investments, decision making in the allocation and deployment of risk capital, and extensive experience in operational issues. He has extensive experience in procedurally executing structure and process into an organization, which is essential in achieving success.

Mr. Blaustein is a graduate of Georgetown University, School of Business, with a concentration in Finance. Additionally, Mr. Blaustein has a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
